Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Jammu & Transfer to Katra

Upon arrival at Jammu Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to **Katra** by road, which is the base for the Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Katra is approximately 50 kilometers away from Jammu and takes around 1.5–2 hours by road.

• Check-in to the hotel in Katra: Rest and relax in your hotel after the long journey.
• Local sightseeing in Katra: If time permits, you can explore the local markets and temples in Katra.

After a comfortable overnight stay in Katra, you will be prepared for your Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan the next day.

Day 2: Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan

After an early breakfast, you will proceed for the **Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan**. The temple is located 13 km uphill from Katra, and you can either walk the entire distance or use a pony, helicopter, or palki services (depending on availability and preference).

• Walk to Vaishno Devi Temple: If you choose to walk, the journey to the temple involves a gradual uphill trek through beautiful views of the Trikuta Mountains.
• Helicopter/Pony Services: For those who prefer, helicopter rides or ponies can be booked for the journey.
• Mata Vaishno Devi Temple: After reaching the temple, you can offer your prayers and seek the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi.
• Darshan at Bhairon Temple: On the return journey, visit the Bhairon Temple, dedicated to Bhairon Nath, which is located on a hilltop and offers stunning views of the surroundings.

After the darshan, return to Katra for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 3: Departure from Katra

After breakfast, you can spend the morning relaxing or explore the local attractions in Katra, such as the **Banganga Temple** or **Vaishno Devi Darshan Yatra Routes**. Later, you will be transferred back to Jammu for your onward journey.
